Creating an account and browsing veterinarians is free. However, appointment fees and service charges are set by individual veterinarians and will be displayed before booking.
Vetzy currently operates in multiple countries. Check our homepage or contact support to see if we're available in your area.
You can create an account by clicking the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner, entering your email address and creating a secure password. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and you'll receive instructions to reset your password via email.
Yes! You can add multiple pets to your account. Simply go to "My Pets" and click "Add New Pet" for each animal you want to register.
You can delete your account from the Settings page under "Account Management". Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
To book an appointment: 1) Search for a veterinarian in your area, 2) View their profile and available time slots, 3) Select a service type, 4) Choose a date and time, 5) Add your pet and any notes, 6) Confirm and complete payment.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Go to your appointments list, select the appointment, and choose "Reschedule" or "Cancel".
If you miss an appointment without canceling, you may be charged a no-show fee depending on the veterinarian's policy. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours in advance.
All your appointments, both past and upcoming, are available in the "Appointments" section of your dashboard. You can filter by date, status, or veterinarian.
You can update your payment information in your account settings under the "Payment Methods" section. Add, edit, or remove credit cards and other payment methods as needed.
Vetzy accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and in some regions, other local payment methods. All payments are processed securely.
Refund policies vary by veterinarian. Some may offer full or partial refunds for cancellations made within a certain timeframe. Check the cancellation policy when booking or contact the veterinarian directly.
All invoices and payment history are available in the "Billing" section of your account. You can download PDF copies of invoices for your records.
